How long does it take to get my items?

Purchases done on the H Web Store (http://store.robonix.nl/) can sometime take up to 3 hours before they are applied on the server. You do not need to be online, but relogging can be very helpful if you have not yet received anything. eCheck and Bank transfer payments may take up to 7 days to process, and the items won't be delivered until the payment is cleared.

And if after all this time you still did not get what you purchased, please use our discord and our support team will do whatever it takes to help you.

Can I use my country’s currency to make a purchase?

Yes! We accept most world currencies. You will notice that you can change the currency display at the top of any web store pages, and our Payment Gateways (PayPal and PaymentWall) will automatically do any currency exchanges during the payment process.

 

I am a Parent. My child has used my payment account to purchase on your store without my consent. What can I do?

It happens. The Hypixel Support Team is very understanding of these kinds of situations.

Please contact us through our support discord and we will gladly attempt to resolve this with you in a timely manner.

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for us to reply, depending on support availability and volume of requests, however, we answer everyone.

Can I transfer my rank/stats/coins to a different account?

For the moment being, we are not offering transfer services to prevent abuses and other security reasons. Please understand that anything you purchase on our webstore will be for the player it is purchased for, and for them only. For more information, please contact our discord

 

Which payment methods do you accept?

Our 2 payment gateways are PayPal and PaymentWall

PayPal will allow you to purchase using either a PayPal account or by paying as a guest. You can pay using a credit card, or a bank account. A PayPal account is not required.

PaymentWall will offer you many different kinds of payment methods, ranging from specific prepaid cards (PaySafeCard, uKash and others) to credit cards and debit cards as well as SMS payment.

The store is not letting me make a purchase, something about fraud protection?

There could have been some issues with some of your past payments, which could be preventing you from using our web store. If you are getting any problems completing your purchases, please contact our support team at our discord

Please understand that any fraud attempt against us will result in us contacting local authorities, which could get you into serious trouble. Make sure you read our License Terms and Conditions agreement before making your purchase, as you will be required to accept it to proceed.

 

That is a lot of mystery boxes... can I even hold them all?

Yes, you can! There is no limit to the inventory size for mystery boxes. Buy as much as you want, and open away! Any mystery boxes purchased on the store will not require any ranks to open, regardless of quality.
